These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FinForge website (https://fin-forge.eu), the account and license API, and the FinForge desktop application and Excel add-in (together “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by Florinmont OÜ, [Registered address of Florinmont OÜ], Republic of Estonia (“FinForge”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

1. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details accurate.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Licenses and subscriptions

  • FinForge is a subscription product. The Individual plan is 29 EUR per month. The Flexible plan offers volume bundles and central billing for teams and firms.
  • Your license allows activation on the number of machines permitted by your plan, shown in the account area. We may suspend or terminate licenses that exceed their permitted use.
  • Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. We may change prices for future periods with notice before the change takes effect.

3. Payments and billing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms. We never receive or store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal from the account area.
  • Invoices and payment management are handled in the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past charges. Refunds, including the statutory withdrawal right, are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute license keys or the packaged installers.
  • Use the Service to break any law or infringe third-party rights.
  • Probe, overload, or interfere with the website or the API.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the account or activation services.

6. Intellectual property

  • FinForge, its website, and its trademarks are owned by Florinmont OÜ.
  • The source code published in our public repository is licensed under the MIT License. The compiled application, its installer, and the activation service remain subject to these Terms and the EULA.
  • Market and financial data displayed in the application is provided by third parties and remains subject to those providers’ terms of use. You are responsible for complying with them if you republish data.

7. Disclaimer

FinForge is a data organization and analysis tool. It is not a financial advisor and provides no financial advice. The Financial Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

8. Warranty and liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinForge is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be settled through the courts of your place of residence, or through the EU online dispute resolution platform.
